In honor of Mayor Newhart’s Retirement, directly following the parade on December 5, will be refreshments in the Community Room, ” All Are Welcome.”

The Village of Shadyside is accepting applications for the following positions.
Full-Time Water and Sewer Department Laborer. Health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid holidays.
Part-time janitor for the village municipal building.

The Shadyside Water & Sewer Department is accepting bids for the following items:
1. 2007 Ford Expedition, 144,303 miles, transmission & head gasket issues.
2. Air compressor trailer/Jackhammer combo – Condition: unknown
3. 1984 Rodding machine – Condition: possible parts or scrap
4. Small utility trailer, possibly 4×8
Bidding will end December 29th, 2025 @ 12:00 pm.
No minimum bid is required.
The village reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
Items can be seen from outside of the fence at the sewer plant on East 40th.
